Free towing runs out to 45 km, which covers Cochrane Lake, Bearspaw, Springbank, Bragg Creek, Redwood Meadows, Crossfield, Airdrie and northwest Calgary. We also get out to Water Valley, Cremona, Carstairs and the Bow Valley as far as Canmore.

- What's wrong with it. "The gearbox went" is plenty, no diagnosis needed
- Where it is, so a postal code or a neighborhood
- Whether it rolls and steers, which tells us which truck to send
